La ubicación fantástica, sitio agradable y tranquilo, con mucha zona ajardinada y a un paso de la playa.
El estado del apartamento, muebles bastante viejos, y con falta de mantenimiento en general. La mapara de la ducha le faltaba la corredera, toallero eléctrico no funciona, el radiador del salón tampoco sólo funciona el aire acondicionado y en modo calor tampoco se nota mucho la verdad. Ropa de cama regular y limpieza en general también regular.
