Great location, big room, grest to have a fridge.
Room could have done with a clean and fresh towels as we ended up staying 5 nights.

Location in Palolem is central so therefore ideal for exploring area.
Slightly set back from beach so therefore much quieter at night.
Air con was ice cold.
Overall a great place to stay given the price bracket.
A great nail boutique in premises provides a great service at competitive prices.
Free parking provided.. a must in Palolem
No kettle in room and no availability of tea/coffee before 8am.
No fridge provided in room as shown in pictures, not too bad for a 1 night stay but would prove troublesome if staying longer.
Finding the huts is a little tricky once off the main road but enough people around to ask if you're struggling.

Location - room 30 seconds from the beach but on a good position on the street behind too.
Staff attentiveness, sun loungers, peaceful.
WiFi kept cutting out.
