The check in times are not the same as other venues. They have late checkins and early checkout times.
Also, the fact that people cannot visit. We had family members that wanted to come and deliver some stuff, the host came and stood with us - no respect for privacy.

It was private and in a good convenient area. Was clean and neat and had the basics we needed
There was private parking but was a slightly tricky driveway to maneuver out of when there was another car parked there

The place is very nice and next to all the necessities.
The house keeper was very rude and kept making false accusations to try and have kicked out.
