It was affordable and about 3/10th of a mile to the beach behind Whales Tail.
It was very comfortable, but you can tell it was built in 1978. The decor, flooring and furniture is good. The mattresses were amazingly comfortable.

The place was a great location with short walking distance to the beach, stores and with a few restaurants close by. Other than the gps taking us to the wrong gate, which was an easy fix, everything was perfect.
