The stay was good, everything was clean and in decent condition with a working AC and dishwasher.

I woke up with a pretty bad itchy rash

It was very close to the beach. It was a very nice apartment, and very quiet. Close to everything.

Could use more toiletries like toilet paper and fish soap.

Property looks exactly as described in the pictures. The place was very clean. I always wipe down everything place I stay at and I didn’t need to clean much at this place.

Pool was small and there are children staying at the property but we came for the beach and weren’t at the property that much during the day. We stayed on the bottom condo and the family above us had children running around all night, and we could hear them stomping. We didn’t book adults only so we understand there are children at these properties.

I loved everything about the property. I have stayed in Destin every year in a much more expensive Condo. Now that I am a single mother, I wanted to be able to keep the tradition with my children but needed a more cost friendly solution. This place was amazing. It was centrally located, private beach access, the pool was so close I could allow the children to play while I was on my patio and see them perfectly. It was clean and charming and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We even arrived like 4 hours early and staff did everything they could to have the room ready for us early at no additional charge.
