The property is excellent--very spacious, clean, lots of amenities, great location, beds were comfortable, large table for dining. I would definitely stay here again now that I know better how to navigate the check-in experience.

Our experience during our stay at the property was fantastic, but the check-in process was one of the worst ones I've experienced. The property's management company didn't send us the correct documents to begin the check in procedure until after we had arrived, and it took 2 hours of phones calls and texts to finally receive the code for the lock box. We almost checked into a hotel, as it was evening. However, the agents we dealt with on the phone (3 different ones) were all very polite and professional. Be sure to contact them well before your stay to make sure you have all the correct documents signed ahead of time. We thought we had but were mistaken.

The house has a lovely single level layout and is situated in a vacation-home neighborhood, which was quiet in May. You can hear the ocean. All appliances worked as expected. The gas fireplace in the livingroom works well. Each space has its own climate control.

Dirty dishes in the cupboard along with an open/spilled packet of coffee, sticky counter tops. Yuk. So much white dog hair everywhere; we had to put a clean blanket on the livingroom floor before putting down yoga mats. Carpets are very stained. No open cupboard space in the kitchen to unpack food. The switchback ramp to the beach takes you to the TOP of a HUGE dune, however the neighborhood path will eventually lead you into town where beach access is easier. If you want to see the ocean or get on to the beach, you'll need to go for a walk.

Closeness to the beach. The house itself was very nice.

Clean and comfortable, house well stocked,quiet neighborhood close to beach ,nice walking path, six in our family fit fine,our kids are college and high school age.

Maybe hard if you had little kids or older people to access beach, very steep sandy hill.
