Great little gem hidden away in the quiet back roads

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was amazing and very well priced.

The smell of the villa was not great. We could smell a sewerage smell which was unpleasant.

Not so clean.

Staffs are enthusiastic, and very patient to introduce the room. The size of room is very big.

Not clean enough. The bed smells weird. The sofa outside has obvious stains, like water or drinks left. Also, if you're without shoes, the floor may be dirty when you step on it.

Great staff!!! Fast and very friendly service - loved it! Well maintained property 🫶 Great laundry nearby if you stay a little longer time. Quiet area which was nice since main roads are busy and noisy.

Me and my Partner stayed at the Villa Bulan Bali in Jimbaran for 4 nights, we absolutely loved it! Breakfast was great every morning it was fresh and delicious, the flower decoration for the pool was easy to organise with the amazing staff. All my requests were met and everything we needed was taken care of efficiently, making our stay stress free. for example they had adapters and you can make a request for a couples massage in your Villa 😊 as for the location I highly recommend staying here if you want to chill, it's very quiet and relaxing there's a mall called Jimbaran sidewalk it's not far from the Villa check that out too. 10/10 I'm staying here again next year with my Partner and 3 kids and we are looking forward to it. Thank you so much.

Comfortable private Villa near the airport and beach

Spacious Villa with private pool, the bedroom is spacious and has everything you need. There’s a lot of room for bags and the breakfast was delivered to the Villa which was perfect! Staff is super polite and kind!

The Villas are located within a 15 min walk from the beach, which was OK for us. We didn’t like the walk itself as the streets were not interesting and Jimbaran beach was very very dirty! Not sure if the garbage is related with the raining season (December). Anyway the hotel is 20 min from the airport and that was our main goal so it was perfect!

Great option near the airport

Location! Just a few minutes from the airport. Perfect place to stay at the beginning or the end of a trip to Bali. Breakfast made to order and a good menu of local and western items. Parking at each villa Privacy was great

Overall, we enjoyed our trip because of our company

Villa is near airport and easy to get around to Uluwatu for our wedding venue. Able to stay in separate villas with extended families. Reception staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Not enough beds for my family of 5. Pool was not clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Toilets and bathtub were quite dirty. Horrible smell from shower gel and shampoo.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was perfect: the villa was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Cece, Évita, Umma, and the entire team for their incredible kindness, constant smiles, and attentiveness. They made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. A good place…. Just needs to address mould/musty smell

Beautiful villa close to the airport

Beautiful villa, perfect to start or end your trip as it’s only 15 minutes away from the airport by car. The beach is also quite close, just a 15 min walk. We really enjoyed the private pool and the living area, the bed was also comfy and the bathroom big and clean.

There was a repetitive sound coming from the bathroom that was a bit anoying during nightime, but it was not a big deal.

Great location from the airport for the beginning or end of your trip. You can check in late and the staff were very kind and communicative. The villa has separate bedroom/bathroom and living/kitchen space which was cool. Also could order room service which was good during a day to work

Relatively easy check in. Large, spacious rooms. Lovely pool area. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast.

Quite noisy upstairs due to traffic. Didn't have a water filter so had to continue to buy/request bottled water. Pillows were terrible. Almost late to the airport because one of the staff wanted to go through and check the rooms (for damage?). This has never happened to us before at a hotel and didn't feel great, plus it was a huge inconvenience. If the hotel was worried about damage, then isn't that the whole point of giving them your credit card details. Anyway, it was an unpleasant end to our stay.

Beautiful place. Amazing staff.

This was the perfect stay for us. We had a longer booking but had to cut our trip short and the staff refunded us for the nights we missed which was incredible and really appreciated. We had a lovely night here. The pool was beautiful and the staff delivered drinks to our room. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice villa but do not include breakfast or order room service food.

The villa itself was nice, however it really needs a ceiling fan in the living area. The reviews saying the location isn’t good seem odd as it is within walking distance to the beach, plenty of small local shops, seafood restaurants, a couple of spas. In a locals only area which was nice, if you want all the touristy stuff stay in a different area. I would stay at Villa Bulan again, just would not pay to include breakfast.

We ordered room service for dinner due to arriving after a long day of travelling and the food was cold. Breakfast the following morning was also completely cold. I asked them to reheat it and only part of it came back warm. Eat breakfast elsewhere.

Overall it was nice and enjoyed going down to the beach

Overall stay was good. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The location was okay though a reasonable walk from other facilities such as shops and eateries. Used grab (ride share cars) to go out to eat as most good eateries were down by the beach. The beach was good and cafes and restaurants were good with price depending on location. The food was good with good variety.

The location was a bit away from most facilities, having to walk 10-15 minutes to get to the places we needed to go for provisions etc.

Great and relaxing stay

Love the villa, felt very safe and slept very well. The staff, (especially Maria) was super lovely and the room service was spectacular. Food was super delicious and affordable and love how that had the floating breakfast available. Honestly such a great small villa and not too far from the beach in Jimbaran.

The location is scary walking at night from the main street. There aren't many villas around close by but rather surrounded by local houses. Recommend getting some sort of transportation from the main road to villa as it's super quiet and not alot of light or people when walking back. But then again due to it being quiet you could have a peaceful sleep at night.

Villa Bulan is a little gem

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. We arrived at 11 am, even though the check-in was at 2 pm, the staff kindly allowed us to enter the villa as soon as we arrived. It was really nice of them as we were tired after a long trip. The staff was extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to help us. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and served directly in the villa. We enjoyed the little swimming pool and the bed was very comfortable. we had a fantastic time. Thank you very much from Roberta and Viviana. You made our holiday amazing!

The only downside was that they need to pay more attention to detail when cleaning. The outdoor area with the cabana was quite dirty, the cushions had marks and it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower glass should be cleaned more properly. Additionally, the area is a bit far from Jimbaran, and the neighborhood is a bit rough. However, this was a good thing for me as I prefer to see how the locals live their lives and experience different habits and cultures, rather than staying in tourist places. Anyway, you can take Grab for $2, and they can take you to Jimbaran

Lovely accommodation, just need to tighten up the admin side. Staff were lovely too.

The admin side was a disappointing. I was asked multiple times for my email and phone number before the stay. I was sent an incorrect payment link to someone else’s more expensive account. And at the property I was asked when I would pay, even though I had already paid before arriving and then had to prove it by showing an emailed receipt. How does the booking system/ admin not know this already?

Great place for short stay, very near to the airport

Thanks to off season discount the value for money was very high. Breakfast was served on the room and delicious. The pool was great and 100% privacy. It is very close to the airport.

No specific idea for improvement. Internet wasnt very fast but we did not needed it. We were not able to change TV channel, just MTV was on screen.
