Located in Jimbaran area,less 20mins to Airport(depending on traffic). Pros : Staffs are very responsive to your requests via WhatsApp. Private villas. Trustworthy staffs. Cons : Villa needs to be refurbished, interior painted and proper maintenance to its toilets (grouts,head showers). Housekeeping needs to ensure that coffees,teas and mineral water are replenished besides general cleanings.

Staff very helpful. Food is nice. Face some issues with air-conditioned and pool in the initial suite, but staff on duty managed to get us another suite. Location is far the beach.

The villa was ok, a little older than photos. But the location was terrible. Looks like it’s in the residential area, not developed, dirty, no restaurants or shops a westerner would visit. They also Cancelled my booking the night before with no warning and when I rebooked it was at a higher cost. If I knew the location I would never have stayed there. Run down, in complete buildings, doggy foot paths, rubbish and absolutely stinky streets surrounding it. The beach that was within a 15 minute walk was dirty and all the seafood restaurants had flies
