Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa

Clean and staff were great. Spacious Villas.

Excellent villa. Ver spacious and superb private pool.

Dinner in the restaurant wasn’t that great. Very long wait fir food.

Our private pool was so beautiful, it was one of the highlights of our stay!

Some aspects need an upgrade like the bathroom tap fixtures and the shower head which had alot of lime scale.

The gardens and the pools were great, being able to store our bags after check out and still use the facilities including have a shower before our afternoon flight was great. We loved all the frangipani trees in flower and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lack of deep cleaning and long term maintenance was unfortunately a let down. The big downside for us was the extraordinarily large number of mosquitoes in our villa upon arrival. My partner and I spent more than half and hour killing mozzies when we arrived. They were literally buzzing around in small swarms in the room! Maybe the room was left open with the lights on in the evening or something, but it was pretty bad. And we live in a place with some mozzies, but nothing like this. The fact that the two sliding wooden doors in our apartment mumber 72 didn’t close properly to meet other allows a gap for them still to enter, just shows a lack of attention to detail and maintenance. The big communal swimming pool needs draining a proper scrub down to remove mould and black spots on the bottom.
