Pool was amazing

Breakfast buffet quality was poor. Surrounding area was falling apart - I.e the beach

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bedrooms were amazing. I would personally like to thank all of the restaurant staff. Not only was the food consistently excellent throughout our stay, but every team member was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

There were several mistakes and misleading pieces of information provided by the reception staff (lady). We booked a room for four people, but upon arrival it became clear that the room was too small for our family. The situation was handled poorly, and we were asked to pay additional charges, which was both unexpected and frustrating. Later on hotel manager upgraded room to bigger for at least last night. Thank to Jo for fast actions. Second, we received incorrect information regarding our meal plan, which caused confusion during our stay.

Well maintained after all these years. The area outside the compound is a public beach + lack of good restaurant. One across is over prices for basic food but not much choices expect for a few eateries which are not very clean looking. So food choices is very limited.

Friendly and supportive staffs, very welcoming and helpful. Nice swimming pools.

Not really meet 5-star standard. Room equipped with very noisy air condition in all rooms, we could not sleep well at night. We booked half board with one main meal, food was with very poor variety and did not taste good. Only compliment for coffee in bkf. Maybe it was Tet holiday and coincidence with VibeFest, so so noisy at night until midnight.
