Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet

We’ve now returned to this resort three times, and it truly feels like a second home to us. The Admiral Suite lounge service is wonderful — delicious food, a private space, and dedicated hours for the special services. Most of all, the staff remember us and are always incredibly thoughtful and attentive. During this stay, I was pregnant, and Kevin and Lập took such great care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kevin, who has welcomed us back every year like family. I was a little sad to see some of the lovely staff we knew have moved on, including my favorite chef. I still miss his surprisingly delicious mustard green soup — a dish I ordered completely at random with no expectations, but ended up loving and remembering. Thank you for always making us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back again. ❤️

I was quite disappointed with the lounge tea break and evening cocktail snacks for Suite guests. On previous stays, the tea break included a lovely tower of both savory and sweet items, but this time the cream puffs were dry, the chocolate selection felt rather ordinary, and there was only one type of mousse cake. The fruit selection was also limited, with melon unavailable. More importantly, when certain chocolates, snacks, or food items ran out during the serving hours, they were not refilled. This made the lounge experience feel less complete than what we had experienced on previous stays. Overall, I hope the resort will review the Suite experience and lounge benefits. Given the premium paid for a Suite, the quality, variety, and service should feel more special and truly make guests feel that the experience is worth what they have paid for.

Beautiful and good breakfast options

Air conditioning didn’t get cool enough, hot water was inconsistent and bathrooms smelled a little bit sometimes.

Staff were excellent

Friendly and supportive staffs, very welcoming and helpful. Nice swimming pools.

Not really meet 5-star standard. Room equipped with very noisy air condition in all rooms, we could not sleep well at night. We booked half board with one main meal, food was with very poor variety and did not taste good. Only compliment for coffee in bkf. Maybe it was Tet holiday and coincidence with VibeFest, so so noisy at night until midnight.
