Relación calidad-precio, ubicación.
Nada. Solo como recomendación diría que estaría bien que hubiera aceite, sal y café.

En el mismo precio de otros de una, tiene dos habitaciones. Está a 5m andando de la playa y a 2m del puerto donde salen los barcos a Tabarca. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y del paseo. Tiene todo lo necesario y todo muy limpio. Trato excelente
No hay ascensor aunque es un primero y la terraza es pequeña pero todo muy bien para el precio

Appartement très agréable propre, spacieux, très bien décoré, complet pour 4. Tres bon accueil des propriétaires qui prennent le temps de bien expliquer. Le lave linge est un plus ainsi que la mini terrasse qui permet de le faire sécher ou de s asseoir au soleil, à 2. Salle de bain très agréable. Parking à 350m (parking du château, souterrain, 19€ les 24h). Très bien placé (château, port, magasins).
