We have an ongoing dispute re charges for bed linen and treatment on advised late arrival and payment of unadvised fees in order to check in and receive keys....please advise as we've waited until now for resolution of our complaint
The whole check in experience with a very unhelpful representative re check-in info, proper address not given , no reply to our message re our late check in time arrival advice to her
