For me it was perfect, quaint, very clean and well kept up. Nice to have a working kitchen, espresso machine, fridge, grocery stores and boulangerie close by. If you like a view, it’s great and felt like a little parisian oasis on the outer ring of Paris, close to interesting monuments, like the Paris philharmonic, Museum of Musical Instruments, a canal, la Geode with easy access to to the rest of Paris via, bus, tram or the Metro! Ellie was very responsive and helpful, great host!
I had no problems sleeping on the pull out sofa, but it may not be for everyone.

Beautifully presented, wonderful views and with an extremely comfortable bed. Host was very helpful indeed when booking and during my stay. Highly recommended.
I really can’t fault this apartment. Everything had been thought of.

Good location, 20min from all the popular sights. Tram and metro station, food store 3 min away. Some restaurants in the near distance.
Not providing the toilet paper, hand soap or washing machine tablets was the minimal problem in comparison with the unbearable smell of smoking. Altough it says it's a non smoking apartment, the smell was so strong that all the sheets and towels clean for use and stored in the closet, our clean clothes that was all 5 days in our suitcases, all smelled of cigarettes.
