Very well equipped, modern apartment in a quiet location. 5 minutes by car from the cable car. Peace in the house. Rich and tasty breakfast. Nice and very helpful hostess. And a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome addition.
It would be advisable to clarify the information about sauna facilities on the booking.com website. - There is no shared sauna in the house. Only some rooms are equipped with private saunas.

Świetnie położony pensjonat, doskonale wyposażone pokoje (w kuchni znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne), pokoje nowe, duże, ładne i przestronne (nasz składał się z dwóch sypialni, dwóch łazienek i dużego salonu z jadalnią). Łóżka duże z wygodnymi materacami. Dużo światła i ogromny balkon. Dopełnieniem i wisienką na torcie jest Pani właścicielka, która jest dobrą duszą tej lokalizacji. Zawsze uśmiechnięta, pomocna i życzliwa. Zaskakiwała nas prawie codziennie miłymi niespodziankami - własnoręczne wypiekany strudel jabłkowy, czy przepyszne pączki. Dla niej samej warto wrócić i cieszyć się pobytem - co na pewno zrobimy 🫶

Super vriendelijke host. Ruim appartement. Zeer rustig. Ontbijt mogelijk op aanvraag. Sauna aanwezig. Kindvriendelijkheid. Activiteiten in de buurt - Lama wandeling "de oro" was zeer leuke activiteit > 1u20 rijden via tolweg - Soprabolzano openlucht zwembad is vlakbij de lama wandeling nadien - mountain carts in ladurns was super Fun. Neem de dagkaart (50€ pp met je kortingskaart die je krijgt van de host) zo kan je onbeperkt op en af. Ook mooie wandeling die haalbaar zijn voor kinderen maar pittig genoeg. - Mijnmuseum is zeker eens interessant (boek zeker op de juiste plek want onduidelijke website. De locatie met treintje is niet in degene in de buurt!) - gilfenklamm gorge is een must do wandeling. De langste wandeling door het bos terug was vrij stevig voor kind 7j maar op het einde is er groot stuk door bos was het leuk maakte. Je kan ook met de bus terug maar zou zeker terug-wandelen. - rosskopf bobslee rit is leuk , wel 14€ p.p per rit. En duurt maar enkele minuten. Kabelliften op elke locatie zijn steeds een iets duurder deel van de dag. - rafting experience voor kinderen in Rafting Adventure Südtirol (Morena) was super ervaring en afwisseling van wandelen. 50€pp (1,5u trip en je bent er 3u ongeveer mee bezig) Restaurant in Sterzing aanrader is zum traube pizzeria.(25min) Zum zepp is vlakbij seeberhof. Lekkere pizza.(6min) Grote Eurospar supermarkt in Sterzing (20min)
