Atendimento muito educado e cordial, quartos amplos limpos e instalações novas, café da manhã de boa qualidade.
A cama e/ou colchão eram deformados e causavam desconforto. Os banheiros não contam com ducha higiênica.

Adoramos a localização e atendimento de todos os funcionários, sempre muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é excelente. Pra ficar perfeito poderia ter atendimento de um restaurante no próprio hotel, pelo menos para labches rápidos ou caldos.
Achei as toalhas pequenas. Pouco travesseiros.

O apartamento e a limpeza.
Do atendimento na recepção, todas as vezes que consultados, foram ríspidos, secos e um deles até mal educado.
