Where should I start…location: the walk was uphill from most directions (town, or train station) - not great with a lot

The proximity to town was about 10-15 minutes, which was good. That’s where the positives end, unfortunately.

Where should I start…location: the walk was uphill from most directions (town, or train station) - not great with a lot of luggage or for people who struggle with hills. The level of cleanliness was significantly dire. I saw cobwebs, mould, dead ants, and the place reeked of cheap disinfectant. The “blankets” provided for the sofa bed were a joke - the most threadbare blankets I’ve ever seen. Both bed and sofa bed were incredibly uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all. You also cannot close the blinds from inside…! Unfortunately there was much noise most of the day and evenings, making it very difficult to sleep. The “garden view” apartment is also below ground…there is no automatic lighting in the stairway etc and is just all around, not great value for money and unfortunately I do believe you are far better off staying elsewhere. We had a 1/5 star experience here - very disappointing that there was additionally nowhere to leave luggage pre/post stay, and 30CHF was demanded for us to be able to enter the room 45 minutes earlier…all around very disappointing and very badly designed and organized.

Good apartment, but the host’s unprofessional approach completely overshadowed the stay.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was convenient for exploring Lugano.

Unfortunately, the host was unprofessional and unresponsive. Despite having paid in advance, communication was very poor, check-in was stressful, and I felt unsupported as a guest. This lack of professionalism ruined the overall experience.

A clean & modern apartment with the most amazing balcony view!

The amazing view from the balcony was unforgettable. The location wasn't too far from the train station, which was great. Very clean facilities and nice bathrooms with great water pressure. We appreciated the extra snacks and coffee pods, and the automatic window shades were very cool.

It's a bit of a hike to get down and back to the waterfront if you're walking, but that's just the nature of the city. Could've used some extra blankets and pillows, but not a dealbreaker! Only other negative was that we were just stopping over for one night, would've loved more time!

Superb

The SKY apartment is very cosy and big. Perfect for family or group of friends. 2 bathrooms ease the stay of 6 people. Flat is very clean. There is also wash machine, tumbler, and dishwasher. SKY offers a stunning view to Lago Lugano.

The only disadvantage is soundproofing of apartment, so you can hear everything from the staircase, other flats or rooms.

Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité , canapé lit pas confortable , pas de penderie pour les vêtements (armoire), studio au sous sol avec les caves et en face de la buanderie de l immeuble, chose pas indiqué sur l’annonce .Pas de rideaux ,pas de stores sur les fenêtres de la cuisine et de la douche, pression d’eau faible. Pas de chaînes de télévision et rajouter à tout ça, vacanciers bruyants avec un chien pour un établissement qui n’accepte pas les animaux.

Moderne Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt, in die wir gern wiederkommen!

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf den Ceresio und Monte San Salvatore, Monte Brè, Sighignola… , nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und Seepromenade entfernt. Dennoch ruhig. Moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung. Tolle Terrasse, die man in der warmen Jahreszeit bestimmt nicht verlassen möchte!! Für 2 Paare bei 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern perfekt! Bei einem Problem bekamen wir sofort Hilfe und ein Mitarbeiter kam innerhalb einer Stunde vor Ort und half zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Gläsern sowie Töpfen und Pfannen ist sehr spärlich, sodass Kochen kaum möglich ist. Gerade das ist aber ein Grund, eine Wohnung anstelle eines Hotels zu buchen.

Questa è una critica non mirata solamente alla struttura ma al sistema per quasi tutti… Non potete avere un check-in alle 16:00 per check out alle 10 perché troppo tardi l’entrata et troppo presto l’uscita. Capisco il marketing e anche il mettere in ordine per i clienti successivi però rende una vacanza un po’ seccante visto che la mattina bisogna fuggire relativamente presto ( essendo in vacanza)

Schöne Wohnung, etwas teuer, Optimierungspotenzial

Beide Wohnungen sind schön gestylt, alles sehr großzügig. Die Bäder sind sehr komfortabel. Die Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof ist top. Die Aussicht aus der größeren Wohnung LAKE wirklich schön, wenn auch stark von Bäumen verdeckt.

Achtung: Die Fotos stammen aus allen Wohnungen in diesem Gebäude! So verfügt die kleine Wohnung im EG nicht über eine schöne Aussicht, sondern nur auf das davor liegende Gebäude! Die Betten beider Wohnungen waren teilweise deutlich durchgelegen. Das Doppelbett der großen Wohnung mussten wir erstmal reparieren. Es waren 7 Lattenrostbretter aus den Führungen gerutscht. Die Möblierung ist sehr einfach und teilweise unfunktional. Der Kleiderschrank in der kleinen Wohnung verfügt über keinen Griff oder Push open, man muss die obere Türkante greifen. Für kleine Personen nicht machbar. Schade, das passte nicht zu den Erwartungen. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht spartanisch. Es gab keine beschriftete Klingel für die Wohnung LAKE, so dass wir auf der Straße auf den Lieferdienst warten mussten.

Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt! Die Küche war sehr modern und sauber, und die Toilette hatte eine tolle große Dusche, eine saubere Toilette und ein Schrank für Kosmetik und co. Wir hatten für vier Leute gebucht, das Schlafzimmer war zwar sehr einfach eingerichtet aber das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen was man schnell ausklappen konnte. Es gab einen großen Tisch in der Küche mit bequemen Stühlen und in einem kleinem Schrank gab es sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Im Bad gab es am Fenster etwas Schimmel und das Schlafsofa hat leider bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht.

لا توجد خدمات في الشقة لامكانية السكن فيها غسالة الملابس عطلانه المكوه ارضيه لكي الملابس المرواح ليست في حاله جيدة طلبت مساعدة للحصول على مروحه أخرى ولكن بدون جدوى لا تصلح لسكن لأكثر من يومين او ثلاثة بالكثير

Das grosse Schlafzimmer mit Bad+ Dusche, genug Stauraum, grosses Wohnzimmer + Küche, Sauberkeit gut. Grosser Balkon mit Mückengitter bei der Tür! Elektrische Sonnenstoren im Wohnzimmer

Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Bettsofa nicht ideal, extrem eng, Zugang zum Bettsofa nur über eine Seite, man kann nicht ums Bett herumgehen. Keine Klimaanlage, im Schlafzimmer kein Mückengitter, keine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln sondern nicht ganz einwandfrei funktionierende kleine Storen mit Seilzug. Bei der Kaffeemaschine war das Plastikteil wo man die Tasse drauf stellt kaputt. Wer das Zimmer mit Bettsofa bekommt hat verloren.
