Very clean everywhere, clean bed sheets, clean towels. There is a hair dryer and an iron. The walk-in shower is great. I very much appreciated that the owner didn't rush me out - I would have probably left before 11, but then... my cat hid under the bed and I just couldn't get her out of there until about 11:30... I felt very embarrassed to call him and let him know why I was late - but as I said, he was very polite and did not call to ask what on earth I was doing.
It would be helpful to have a microwave oven. Just a suggestion!

I liked the complex the apartment was in. The apartment was fine especially if you like a hard bed.
Everything was adequate but it seems like the place could use some updates and more comfortable seating.
