there was no hand soap in the dispenser. very little shower gel and dish soap.

Cozy and not too far from the centre
The boiler didn't work (I see from previous reviews that it's an ongoing problem that hasn't been fixed yet). We managed a couple of hot showers but in general the hot water and heating stay on for 2 minutes and we had to constantly turn it on manually. The owner never answered our calls, then said he would send someone to fix it and he didn't. The towels are only hand towels, so bring your own. And there wasn't a hairdryer, just a nozzle for it.. And the bedside lamps don't work. We also got locked out at night because the front door contactless key stopped working. Again, no help from the owner. We were lucky to find some neighbours who opened for us. Basically, the place is nice but if basic things don't work it s not worth it.
