The listing deceptively claims there is air conditioning - there is only an electric fan.
Windows cannot be left open at night due to gaping holes in the mosquito screens. Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions.
Visitors arriving by train should be prepared for a difficult 20 minute uphill, in scorching Italian summer heat.
