Great budget stay in Tours close to the train station

Great location! It is just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk away from the main street where the restaurants are. The street felt safe even late at night. Overall a great place to stay for solo travellers/ couple.

The place is a little small and there's not much space left once you take the bed out. The shower could also use a curtain or screen - I had to sit in the bathtub to shower so the water wouldn't splash everywhere.

Nice Apartment, Great Location

We stayed for two nights with my partner. The apartment is very well located and comfortable for two people.

The washing machine wasn’t working properly. It started the wash cycle, but we noticed that the detergent wasn’t used, and after several attempts, the spin cycle never started. The shower doesn’t have a curtain, which made privacy a bit difficult and caused the bathroom floor to get wet. Having a curtain would help a lot.

Pull out bed was terrible, quilt thick for summer. 2 rough nights. Need to emphasise the pull out settee bed in the advertising. Also no shower curtain, water everywhere.

…. Manque de suivi et d’entretien général

Appartement pas propre et équipement défectueux (ustensiles et machine à laver..) à mon arrivée. Malgré plusieurs relances, et bien que certains ustensiles de cuisine ont été remplacés, la machine à laver n’a pas été réparée ni vu pas par un technicien durant tout mon séjour. Pas de wifi la dernière semaine. Et pas de dépannage non plus.

Un matelas de clic clac moyennement confortable et il manque une couverture pour les nuits un peu froides car la couette est très légère

Agréable séjour dans un appartement cosy et bien situé.

Logement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Correspond complètement aux photos et est calme. L’hôte est réactive. Parfait pour un court séjour à deux, je recommande.

La propreté du logement m’a un peu déçue (poussière). Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables (contrairement au matelas et à la couette).

Rapport qualité/prix correct. Confort du matelas du canapé lit

L'emplacement en hyper centre ville. Le bon confort du canapé -lit et de son matelas propre. Facilité de pliage et dépliage du canapé -lit Ventilateur mobile efficace.

Les travaux dans la rue juste devant l'appartement. A noter que ces travaux sont aujourd'hui terminés. On peut donc considérer que le lieu est calme aujourd'hui. La protection du matelas du canapé -lit très sale, mais tout de même avec des draps propres. Balcon sale, même si bien fonctionnel et agréable. Immeuble vétuste. Local ordures ménagères , pas de clé pour y accéder. Espace trop restreint une fois le canapé -lit déplié.

Tout était parfait.

L'emplacement était proche du centre ville de Tours donc parfait pour tout faire à pieds. L'appartement était comme sur la photo très bien pour 1 ou 2 personnes.

Pas toujours facile de trouver une place non payante, mais avec de la patience j en ai trouvé une dans une rue adjacente gratuite.

Séjour agréable.

L'emplacement est top. Nous avons rencontré un problème technique, l'hôte contactée est intervenue rapidement et s'est montrée très agréable et à permis de résoudre le problème. Nous avons apprécié la présence d'un ascenseur, l'appartement étant situé au 2ème étage. La rue est calme, un parking public se trouve à 2 pas pour un prix très abordable. En clair, ce séjour a été une réussite.

Manque de vaisselle : pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner, pas de tasse, peu de verres... Quelques couverts seulement ! Pas de linge de table (serviettes ou torchons pour la vaisselle). Il serait bien de trouver tous les modes d'emploi des appareils ! Le studio est un peu exigu l

Emplacement en ville : idéal ; Studio ambiance calme, silence agréable ; bien équipé (si ce n'est pour moi, le manque d'un valet de nuit, comme un manque de portes manteau) ; un tout petit problème, mais c'est absolument personnel, comme je ne suis pas familiarisée avec les nouvelles technologies, il m'a été impossible de mettre la télévision ! Effectivement, comme me l'avait annoncé madame la Gérante, le matelas est un peu dur. Toutefois, j'aimerais lors de mes prochains séjour à Tours pouvoir réserver ce charmant studio. Bien cordialement à vous.

Appartement très sympa où l'on se sent bien ;-) dans résidence calme à proximité de la gare. Petit mais très bien agencé et fonctionnel.

Un point à améliorer : la literie du canapé qui est un peu fatiguée...
