Easy short walk from Saint Pierre des Corps train station. Quiet, clean, neat and newly renovated apartment. The owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating.
Safe and easy for a solo traveller or couple.
Limited dining options however, it is only a short transit to Tours. What I was able to eat locally, was not disappointing.

It was simple but very neat and tidy. It was very close to the train station and other amenities, like shops and places to eat. It was also a nice safe neighbourhood. I had a motorbike parked outside and it was perfectly safe and the neighbours were friendly.
The exterior was in development, and was a bit untidy but it was very nice inside and so handy to everything that it didn’t matter to me
