The property is rundown a lot, is in need of an update. It is roomy , has all the facilities needed but unfortunately, due to state and condition of the facilities and some of the appliances that are not working order, it lets the whole experience a feel little bitter . For example the dishwasher is in “working” order but trays are broken , we tried to use it once , afterwards dishes were as dirty as if they were not washed at all. Oven dials has no markings , so we had to google the brand to “guess” the temperature and function of the dials. Some curtains don’t close ( kitchen for example ) , toilets have all different seats that are too small for the toilet bowl. Our en-suite bathroom had mould on the ceiling and walls, door to “outdoor” shower ( locked , couldn’t use ) rotten at the lower part, had to put the bathroom mat to block any insects or possible snake coming through the hole, some of the other en-suites shower heads kept in place with plumbers tape, more water sprays out of the shower rather than inside . Pool table had better days , cue was kept together with sticky tape. Despite the size and facilities , we felt it is not worth the price we paid for it, purely due too many features of the property are not usable for the purpose.

The house needs some fixing up. Lights above bed. Broken. Broken windows handles, many floors tiles inside and out broken or loose. Generally in a bad state of repair and needs an update
