المكان قريب من المناطق الطبيعيه ولكن ببعد عن مدينه قريب عشرين دقيقه بدون زحمه ومرات بعد مغرب ما يوصل طلبا فليل او بعد مغرب ولكن قريب من هوانا مول ومافي ازعاج متعاونين جدا .. الشقه متوفر فيها كل شي تقريبا
مافي الأصنصير" (أو المصعد) ماقي موظف يساعد على اغراض او موظف تنظيف اعلم ان هو شقه و ممكن ما يكون في هالخدمة ولكن اقترح يضاف هالخدمة لو مقابل مالي و اثاث او فراش السرير قديم نوع ما او يحتاج تنظيف بعنايه

الموقع بجوار منتج روتانا يبعد عن المطار 35 إلى 40 دقيقة يبعد عن دربات 30 دقيقة، المنظر جيد على بحيرة ومنظر على امواج المحيط الإنترنت ممتاز وسريع
الاثاث قديم يحتاج إلى إصلاح قفل الباب يحتاج إلى تغيير، لا يوجد شاشة تلفاز يوجد مرتبة واحدة إضافية تتسع لشخصين
