Luxury Suite - Amazing Views & Lovely Garden

It's a calm and inviting space, perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely love it here! We truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was the presence of mosquitoes and small insects, which caused a bit of discomfort. However, we found it manageable and did not let it affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Apartment was spacious, beds were very comfortable. We arrived late and apartment was left open so we could get in. The water pressure was very good. Close to restaurants and other resorts with amenities. Pool and playground right outside apartment.

We were told this is a beachfront property, however it is not. After booking, we noticed the location did not appear on the water, asked the property to confirm it was a beachfront and we were told yes. Beach is approximately 10 minute drive away. Disappointing because that's the main criteria we were looking for when searching for a place. The apartment did not feel clean. Food splatters on wall in kitchen, sofa in the living room is visibly dirty and the arms were broken. Lots of construction going on around the property so was a bit noisy. There's tons of ants, property was notified, they sprayed. However, the ants return every day so we had to sweep continuously. Previous guests left their flip flops in main bathroom, notified the property, they did nothing so we had them in our room our whole stay.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes, großzügiges und komfortables klimatisiertes Ferienappartment in 4-Parteien Haus innerhalb eines groß angelegten Touristenresorts, der Hawana Lagoon, zwischen Taqua und Salalah (ca.25 km). Bequemer Lounge- und Fernsehbereich, schicker großer Essbereich, große angrenzende offene Küche mit guter Ausstattung (Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Spül-und Waschmaschine, Koffeemaker), Austritt auf möbilierte Terrasse und stets gepflegten Garten mit Blick auf Palmen und den künstlich angelegten Kanal; 2 hübsche Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, viel Platz in Einbauschränken, Verdunkelungsgardinen und Moskitoschiebetüren; 2 moderne Bäder eines mit Badewanne, eines mit Dusche. Ca. 5-Min. Weg zum kleinen Hafen mit Läden und Restaurants und zu den Stränden. Parkplatz direkt vordere Haustür. Ausgesprochen netter Kontakt zu den (deutschsprachigen) Vermietern, die jederzeit für hilfreiche Tipps und Infos zur Verfügung stehen.

Es war alles prima, einzig mit kleinen Ameisen in Küche und Bad hatte man zu kämpfen und aus der Dusche kam das Wasser nicht üppig.
