إقامة جميله جداّ ،، موظفة الاستقبال على وجة الخصوص المصرية تعاون وتعامل من افضل مايكون شكراً لحرصها واهتمامها بالعملاء وتلبية رغباتهم الف الف شكر ولو رجعت صلالة 100 ب 100 خياري الأول، كانت حريصه جداَ على كل ما يرضي العميل جزاها الله خير الجزاء وزادها الله من فضله تستحق كل شيء جميل

It was right infront of the beach
When we checked in we saw the room HAS NO TV, NO TOWELS, NO KETTLE and the sink in the toilet has no cover i spoke with the bangkadeshi night receptionist and he just said we dont have and even told me to inform the manager and write a review in booking.com he did very little to help only when i messaged the manager did he give us towels and put a tv in the room he even refused to give us an iron because he said it is with the other guest and he didnt know where it was. Totally disappointing experience!!

The location was great, it was right on the sea beach. We got a nice sea view room. And above all Abeer, she was just awesome and works with a complete customer focus approach. She goes out of the way to try and keep the customer feel comfortable and happy. Thank you Abeer for your excellent hospitality :)
It was two bed joined together to make it double bed but it was not comfortable as the mattress was also two single mattress joined together which made it uncomfortable for a couple to sleep.
