Very welcoming owner & staff. Had a minor issue with the cooling fan which was resolved immediately. Kindly kept a couple of water bottles in freezer for us overnight. Good location for Wimbledon tennis (The 493 bus goes all the way to Wimbledon tennis ground).

Fab location, super friendly staff, very comfortable room and the only thing that would top it would have been an aircon unit in this heatwave! But I really loved my stay and I’ll be back again! Thank you.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful. The location was good for us after visiting Kew Gardens. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Parking is free and secure
The room could have been cleaner- it was a little worn and dirty behind cupboards etc. the blind didn’t go up or down as it was broken so we couldn’t close it completely at night. We were there during a very hot period of weather . The room was extremely hot despite there being a fan.
