The apartment is very new and everything was extremely clean. And very very quiet! Also, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of Banja Luka. Everything there is to see in the city is close by.
Another plus point of this apartment is that you can order food delivery using the apps used there, which is very convenient for cold days when you don't feel like going out and prefer to enjoy the quietness of the apartment.
There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect. I would book this apartment again.

Perfect location and is a brand new building so everything is nice and clean and modern! The design is very beautiful and the space is ample for 2 people. The entire space was very well thought of with everything you could need (except for kettle and scissors). The couch was extremely comfy and the living/dining room was perfect size for being able to work from home. The host was super friendly and was incredibly quick to attend with everything I needed.
the only issues were that 1) the heating and the hot water in the bathroom stopped working properly after 2 days in the property (we stayed 6 nights). The host was kind enough to investigate and there is a massive construction happening next to the building and it was due to this. 2) the property wasn’t great to “work from home” due to the cos traction noises. 3) as mentioned above, there were no kettle and scissors.
