The accommodation is in a new building and it was easy to find and access. The host was very pleasant and nice. The apartment was really clean. We stayed only one night, so it was also comfortable as well.

Fajny apartament, blisko centrum - 15 minut spacerem.
W mieszkaniu wydajna klimatyzacja, pralka, duża lodówka, podstawowe rzeczy typu talerze, filiżanki, herbata, cukier..
Nie ma przypisanego miejsca parkingowego, ale bez problemu można znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce dookoła bloku.
Super kontakt z gospodarzem!!

Good location for walks into center of Banja Luka(20-30mins walk gets you everywhere), it's a new built, apartment is well equipped, 2x tvs with lots of english/sports channels, wifi, washing machine, comfy beds, good amount of storage and space thoughout apartment
I would have given it score of 8/9 if not for the owners attitude- see their responses to small issues raised.
I woud have been happy to return to stay again was it not for the owners response,
Block of apartments is next to dual carriagway running thru BL, it is noisy all day and all night.
Very limited parking-if you can't get in, then your next option is several streets away
Cleaniness- we have spotted small issues with that- see pictures and owners response (!)
Balcony- unusable, dirty from street dust(aforementioned dual carriageway), noisy and smells of fumes- you won't use it in 37deg heat- trust me!
Floors, shower, both sinks had to be re-cleaned by us on arrival
Lift in the building crashed twice during our stay, luckily we were not in it!- we stopped using it, it was later reset by an engineer.
Main bed mattress- stained in the corner, found on arrival- see picture
Kettle(cheap) when boils gets so hot it burns your hand when pouring drinks
Some utensils missing- spreading knives, utensils for frying eggs, meat etc not there, only one pot for cooking
Freezer- has had body hair in it- found on arrival- see picture
Oven not cleaned from previous use- oil residue and smell found on arrival
Broken vacum cleaner- unable to vacum floors throughout our stay- found on arrival
Owners sent family member to drop the keys and collect the money- this has not been communicated prior to our arrival
OWNER WITH AN ATTITUDE- when small things pointed out- owner pointed out how little he/she charges for the apartment 187Euros per week(!)- (to the owner- raise the price if you're not happy), see their responses and judge for yourself(all google translated), original screenshots attached as pictures
"thank you for staying in our apartment. Before you came, the apartment was completely clean. Our price is minimal, but we still try to make it nice for you. Upon entering the apartment, we found messy towels, dirty and broken toilet doors. There were hairs all over the apartment. The floor was very dirty.... For the future, you can book one of the apartments in Banja Luka at 3 times the price. Greetings"
