Perfekt location, it has everything you need, clean, easy to get in touch with host.

The location fit our needs. Close to the boardwalk for biking and close to the beach. The manager came quickly when we reported that the air conditioning was down. However, it was not repaired all week. The apartment was well stocked and clean. We were happy to see sheets and towels were provided, We are the type of people who like to turn on a TV to basic cable. Samsung cable offered lots to watch, however.

We felt the parking situation was difficult for us. Our van had trouble exiting the space due to overcrowded parking on the block. I always had to guide my husband out of the space.

It was a great location, excellent value, and cleanliness. When we arrived cleaning crew was still working on the property. Outside shower was great! AC smart controls, kept resetting to the default. Smart access controls worked, but it was a scare as it locked out couple times, and we had to wait for reset to timeout to retry. Two blocks from the beach. Quiet street.

Amenities such as shampoo, soap, linens, tp should be checked after each state. Coffee and sugar should be checked as well. Utensils, cups, and plates should be double checked. Access control is a bit finicky, doesnt work consistently.
