🔑 GUEST ACCESS
• Guests will have full and private access to the entire home.
• Self-check-in is available using a unique key code assigned exclusively for your stay.
• A few closets are locked and reserved for owner supplies.
• Garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use/storage only.
📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Booking Requirement: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, you’ll receive a link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and dates of birth of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guest’s government‑issued ID. Kindly note: Your credit card will reflect two separate charges—one from VRBO for their service fee, and another from "Our Humble Homes" for the remaining reservation amount.
Adult‑Only Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): The booking guest must be 25+ with no negative past reviews. All guests must be 25+ or traveling with parents. We are unable to host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
Dog Friendly: Up to two well‑behaved, house‑trained, crate‑trained dogs welcome ($250 per dog/per stay, Maximum 2 dogs). Cats not permitted due to allergies. Pre‑approval required.
Construction Notice: It is off‑season, and like many nearby streets, there is active construction on our street. By city ordinance, crews are permitted to work on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We’ve lowered our nightly rate substantially to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay.
No Extra Fees: There are no additional amenity, cleaning, linen, or surprise fees beyond what appears in your original booking total. If you’re bringing a pet, the pet fee (when applicable) will already be reflected in that total when number of pets is entered at booking.
Safety & Security: The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras and noise‑monitoring devices are on site. These monitor exterior activity and interior decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
