• Garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use/storage only.
📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Guest Verification: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and DOB of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guest’s government‑issued ID. This is a requirement of our insurance company and is a condition of booking our home. Payment will appear as two charges: one from VRBO (service fee) and one from “Our Humble Homes” (remaining balance).
• Adult‑Only Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): Adult‑only bookings are welcome for mature, respectful groups. The primary guest must be 25 or older with positive reviews, and all guests must be 25+ unless traveling with parents. We do not host prom, graduation, or senior‑week groups, and the home’s maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
• No Hidden Charges: Cleaning, linens, and amenities are all included in your total.
• SAVE on stays over 2 nights: Whether you use the extra night or take advantage of the bonus time for an early arrival or later departure, you’ll enjoy a smoother, more relaxing stay with even more moments to unwind and enjoy the area. May not apply to holiday weekends.
• Safety & Security: Homes are equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place for safety (no audio recording).

We had a lovely family vacation with my parents Goldendoodle. The hosts are very responsive, the place is clean, and location is fantastic. It was nice to walk to the beach and Pickleball courts every day. The extra gesture of the gift basket for humans and one for the dog was a nice touch! Thank you!

We have never stayed in a property that was so clean and well organized. The hosts thought of every detail and it made our stay so pleasant. The location is great and we enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and the new sub shop around the corner. Even though it rained the whole weekend we had a great time and would definitely seek out this house to rent again!

We had a wonderful experience with this home hosted by Debbie & Jared. The house was immaculate, and if anything, is nicer in person than even in the photos.The hosts furnished the house with everything you might need - pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, soap/shampoo, kitchenware (pots, pans, kid-safe cups, glassware, Keurig, complete with pizza cutter and salad spinner and more!). There were board games and books, too!The deck off the master bedroom and lounge upstairs was also a nice refuge.Charging stations at the desks and by each bedside were also a great touch.Best of all, the hosts prepared a lovely informative book about the area along with a welcome basket! They were super communicative throughout but not at all intrusive. And they took care of the laundry and have a valet for moving the trash to the curb!Parking in the driveway for 2 cars along with two parking passes for street parking. And beach passes as well along with plenty of towels and beach chairs.Location-wise, you’re near several local restaurants and about a block and a half from the Ventnor beach.Loved the house and the hosts were amazing! Highly recommend this place for a large family/friends get-together!
