Welcome to this updated fourplex. Located in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs. This converted Victorian house still holds some of its old charm and quirks with all the modern conveniences. We are located blocks away from Colorado College, Old North End, Monument Valley Park, coffee shops, restaurants, and I-25. This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers!
