Relax with friends or family at The Grand, adored with gracious architecture and luxurious amenities including an onsite fitness center, underground parking, swimming pool and jacuzzi. This condo has a rare, oversized terrace with an abundance of space to take in relaxing tranquil views of the Grand Courtyard and the Choctawhatchee Bay. For larger groups, this one-bedroom #2318 may be rented along with the neighboring studio #2316 which, when combined, sleeps up to 8 and offers 2 bathrooms.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Adjacent to the Village of Baytowne Wharf that hosts a variety of dining and shopping venues as well as activities for all ages both day and night! Luxurious amenities of The Grand Sandestin are at your fingertips, including the dazzling swimming pool, hot tub complex, and a complete fitness facility. Walk to the Wharf for dinner, entertainment and shopping. For beach lovers, the complimentary tram will take you straight to entrance of our world famous, white sandy beach! The Grand Sandestin also offers underground parking for one car per reservation (NO oversized vehicles) and an open network for Wi-Fi.
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than 7 miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by walking or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian or bike and paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.
Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade & Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak & Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).
Parking:
Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex's underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking.
Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email you a registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate.
Once you arrive at the resort, please retrieve a parking pass from security at gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles with no pass displayed will be tagged until owner pays a $100 fine to remove the tire tag (similar to a "boot").
If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

We had a great stay at this property—perfect for families with young kids. The underground parking was safe and convenient, always with spots near the elevator. The room was spacious, like a large hotel suite, with a huge TV and a handy minibar setup including a fridge, sink, and dishes—great for quick meals. The gated community felt secure, and the free shuttle to the private beach across the street was a major perk. The grounds were beautifully maintained with golf courses and nature trails, and the pool area (including a gated kids’ pool) was just steps from the lobby and never crowded. Baytowne Wharf nearby offered shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without a car. A few areas could use improvement: the patio door didn’t lock, which is a safety concern, and the large balcony had no furniture, making it unusable. Some beach or pool toys and even foldable chairs would be a nice touch. There’s no onsite staff, and the decor is a bit dated, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay we’d happily repeat.
