There is also a patio outside with chairs to enjoy the outdoors and get some sun. There is covered parking for one car and spots for two cars. The unit is only 3 miles from Clearwater beach and five minutes to Morton Plant Hospital. Brand new furniture in the apartment and cleanliness is a top priority.

I rented this property for my 24 yr old son while he was spending 2 weeks enrolled in a music production internship at Cleartrack Studios which was about 2 miles away. I chose the property for it’s location, cleanliness and price. Mike the owner and host readily answered my inquiries about the property and made sure my son’s stay was safe and satisfactory. The house was clean and spacious and my son had everything he needed. Mike made sure my son had his phone number and could contact him at any time if there were any issues that occurred. I felt relieved that he was taken care of and would not hesitate to rent the house again.
