Property was as described, little outdated, but was expected from listing. View was amazing. Fridge went out and immediately got fixed. Entry lock should be replaced.

Overall it was very spacious and the location was great.
We had a ceiling leak in the main bedroom and we contacted VRBO. Quick response the first day but then no communication for three days despite our phone calls but we contacted the building management who got the water shut off upstairs. Vrbo was no help at all. We were disappointed at their response.

Ocean sands is overall nice and everyone was friendly. The actual rental however needs to be updated.

The location is just steps from the sandy beach and views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful with views from 3 sides of the apartment. The building and the pool are very nice. The apartment was clean and well equipped. However, I do believe an update in furnishings is needed. Every piece of furniture and decoration is from the 80's, including the carpet. Overall we had a good time and the old style didn't bother us much. The location is wonderful. Right across the street from bars/restaurants and on the beach there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Love the location!
