The living spaces were decorated in soothing coastal shades reminiscent of Cape Cod cottages. The kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and high-end appliances. It includes everything you’ll need to create culinary masterpieces for your family. Through French doors, you’ll find yourself in a comfortable living room with cozy furniture, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace to enjoy. The dining table seats four guests. Feel free to pack light as there’s a washer and dryer for your use while you’re here! Step onto the front porch and rock in the rocking chairs as you feel yourself relaxing!
The primary suite has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with twin-size bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. For your comfort and convenience, there are cozy bathrobes for you and your guests.

The house was very clean and is perfectly located close to everything. The pool was a big hit for our son from the minute we arrived. With all the rain that the area experienced the week or so before our arrival, the mosquitos were no joke even during the day. And a few more dedicated hooks in and around the bathrooms to hang bath towels would make a family stay much easier. Overall our stay was very good.

Loved the property! Very clean and lots of room. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room at the dining table. The air conditioner works great! The only thing we didn’t love was the bathroom situation. There are 2 bathrooms but instead of a master bath, it’s in the smaller bunk room where I would guess you would put kids. Traveling with our adult children and a grandchild, my husband and I usually get the master. This time we had to share with 3 others. We managed, it did not cause any problems. Dishwasher was broken, a repair person did come to work on it but we were at the beach and they weren’t able to reach me until I checked my phone later. If I had been notified ahead of time I could have been there to get it repaired and we wouldn’t have had to hand wash the dishes. But again, we still loved the home. Perfect location, quiet and close to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures make this place look much nicer than it really is. All of the furniture is different, the bedrooms do not have dressers and the pool area chairs are not the same, I can not sit in the current adirondack chairs for my bad back, the picnic table was the only place I could sit out there, and the outdoor grill is terrible, not as pictured. We loved the pool, but it could use a covered area for those who do not want to cook in the sun. The front porch needs a fresh paint & sanding down, I didn't recognize the house when we pulled up because it has not been well taken care of. We did have a toilet malfunction and the rental management company responded right away. They also fixed the broken bedroom doorknob at the same time. The flooring in the house is pretty worn out, especially in the bathrooms as it felt like it wasn't solid under the linoleum, might be some water damage issues there. I was hoping for a much nicer place given the price we paid and the fact the pictures looked so nice. I am only saying this so that you know what to expect and aren't surprised like we were as we had friends joining us, and it was kind of embarassing.
