We loved the house and the location.
There were broken items: towel rack, door knob, hand towel racks, ice makers
We lost power due to weather and called the manager company and never received a call back.

Very nice and great location. Everything you could want in an island getaway. Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable beds and all well-furnished. The Spa doesn't heat but otherwise a very nice property.

Live and dead roaches were seen. Please have exterminator come and spray.
The elevator was dirty. Lights out on back porch.

The alarm malfunctioned and the police showed up at 1:39 am the first night. Did not get fixed until the day we left. The refrigerator did not work and it was two days until we got a replacement and we lost some food. The first floor bedroom sheets were dirty with dirt and hair in the sheets
