Welcome to Beach-A-Holic, a stunning, pet-friendly 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in Island Park Estates that offers spectacular views of the Texas Gulf Coast. Just steps from a boardwalk to the beach - easily accessible by golf cart - this home provides the ultimate coastal escape. The first floor features a spacious den area with a wet bar and two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. Step outside to the covered patio and enjoy the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun.
On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms, including two primary suites. Both primaries offer king beds, full bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and share an oversized balcony with amazing views. The third bedroom features three twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own full bathroom—ideal for kids or extra guests.
The third floor is all about island-style living. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up your fresh catch, along with a dining area and a spacious living room that opens to a covered deck with uninterrupted ocean views. Great communication after renting this property. Beautiful house, spectacular view, loved the kitchen. One small draw back was could not find cord for electrical griddle. Close to beach as stated. Loved the property

We loved the setup with its view of the gulf. The house was very nice with room for all of us. The boardwalk to the beach with its showers to clean off sand was awesome.

We had to unload the dishwasher. The toilet seat in the second floor bathroom was broken. The swimming pool had sand all in it. I did send these items back on the first day from a text asking if everything was ok.We could not lock the front door. I was called by a representative that said punch any button on the keypad to lock the door. It still did not work. The representative was sending out a property agent. Then a text said punch the Yale button. Not sure why the pad did not have a lock button. It worked but frustrating when on birthday vacation.The house is decorated lovely. It does need some repairs. Paint(rusted areas), outside stairs are not safe.
