Welcome to The White House, a brand-new, three-story luxury beach home in the prestigious Island Park Estates community. With panoramic ocean views, a rooftop deck, and an array of high-end amenities, this home is the ultimate retreat for families or multi-generational gatherings, offering an unforgettable vacation experience.
The first floor features a spacious living area with a TV, perfect for casual relaxation. Two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom boasts a plush king bed and serene views of the private pool and dunes, while the second bedroom is designed for kids with a Full-over-Queen bunk and a smart TV. The accessible garage serves as a game room with a foosball & air hockey table plus a built-in bar with a TV—ideal for entertaining and cheering on your favorite sports team. Step outside to the private pool, where loungers and shaded seating create the perfect space to soak up the sun while the kids play.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find three more guest suites and a laundry room. Two king suites each feature private bathrooms and access to a shared deck overlooking the Gulf and pool. The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with a twin/twin bunk bed, full/full bunk bed and an extra twin, perfect for younger guests to unwind at the end of the day.
The third floor is the heart of the home, with a massive open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for large groups. The kitchen features seating for six at the bar, while the dining table accommodates ten—perfect for gathering over a freshly caught dinner. After meals, relax in the living area with a gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows. Three decks extend from this floor, offering the ideal spots to enjoy coastal breezes and stunning sunsets.

Great house and location (proximity to beach). Grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool. A couple of things to note for future improvement: 1) More washcloths and hand towels. 2) WiFi was spotty, maybe because router on first floor due to such a large house, possibly some extenders.

The house was lovely and you couldn't beat the location. There was plenty of space for 3 families and the kids enjoyed the game room. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work and the ice maker didn't work. Because we were spending 6 days and cooking meals there were a lot of random missing items that we had to go buy (can opener, matches/lighters, ice trays, extra kitchen towels (only 1 provided) and bath hand towels (1 hand towel in each bathroom). While we brought extra detergent, dish liquid, special pots/pans, food, spices, ziploc bags, coffee,etc. some of the basics seemed to be missing. There were also no extra blankets or throws for cool nights. Only 1/2 of the TVs were connected to cable. There were no instructions or helpful hints/guides provided. We have stayed in numerous guest houses/rentals in the past and for the amount of money per night expect to have basic amenities included. The owners would benefit from staying for a several days and putting themselves in the role of a guest.
