Waterview Lodge #3 is a stunning lodge suite perfect for couples! Soak in the outdoor hot tub while enjoying the sounds of the fountain on the country pond.
The comfortable living area boasts a large gas fireplace next to the cozy sofa and recliner which make for good spots to nap by the fire, read a good book, or watch the 50-inch Roku Smart TV.
The kitchen area is home to a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and an oven complete with a 4-burner stove top. There are ample pots and pans if you feel like making your favorite vacation meal, or a microwave oven for heating up the leftovers from one of our amazing restaurants in town.
The extra deep sink and rugged pine cupboards provide added charm. A toaster and Keurig Coffee maker round out the appliances which are at your disposal.
This unit is "Studio Style" so your king size bed is directly off the living room area so you can enjoy the fireplace from your cozy bed.
Your bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower large enough for 2 people, a hair dryer, and all the amenities you need to get your day off to a great start are right there for your convenience.
This unit is part of a 5-unit lodge and is located on the first floor. While we've taken every measure in designing your suite to ensure a peaceful stay - you may hear your neighbors above you.

Just a short drive away, the fitness center is fully equipped to keep you fit and fabulous, even while on vacation, or make a splash at the luxurious indoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of the day! Relax and unwind at the indoor hot tub as you soak away your stress and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation, warm up and rejuvenate in the sauna for a soothing experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, or if a cold plunge is more your style, we offer that, too! Let the fun begin by using your keycode to access your free day passes and take your relaxation to the next level.
There is a 24/7 keypad lock on the entrance to your suite. We're just a text or phone call away if you need assistance!
Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $450/night fee is assessed for smoking.
No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our properties. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep up all rooms to highest standards. A $250/night pet fee is assessed.
Zero-Tolerance Party Policy - We pride ourselves in providing a quiet, secure, location without the party - the kind of place where you got to enjoy a nap, a good book, the company of friends, and the beauty of Ohio's Amish Country
We will not tolerate any behavior that disturbs other guests, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights, slamming doors, or damaging units. Any of these behaviors can result in your being asked to leave without a refund.

Loved the location, the views. Loved how clean and easy check in and check out. I’d definitely come back for another stay. We enjoyed our 31st anniversary here.

The property was great, it was clean. The kast time we were there and stayed in a different unit it was perfect. This time we had a young group above us that was quite noisy! From the talking/laughing we could hear, to the walking around in what seemed to be boots, it was not as quiet as the last time. Its perfect for a couple that just wants to get away, to parents like us that dont want to hear noise and want to relax. Also the hot tune on the ground floor needs a privacy curtain or something. Hard to really let the stress fade away when you are waiting for someone to walk around the corner. It was good but it wasnt great.
