Premier Cottages is located less than 5 miles from downtown Berlin. The town of Berlin features over 60 shops full of antiques, furniture, homemade goods, and much more. A car is recommended in order to get from your cottage to the town of Berlin. Berlin offers public parking once you have arrived. Guests can park in town and walk the shops and restaurants.

Full of antique shops, Amish-made furniture, homemade goods, and much more! You will never go hungry as the area is full of delightful Amish baked goods and restaurants. The area also offers seclusion and scenery. Enjoy the rolling hills and views for miles as you drive around the beautiful countryside.

Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $450/night fee is assessed for smoking.

All was great except when we were looking for stay options you advertised pets allowed and it was not clear anywhere in your information that there was a size limit. My husband and I both read closely and saw nothing pertaining to a limit. we did not Discover until it was too late to cancel that there was a size limit. We were fortunate that you allowed us to bring our pet due to it being the off-season. Otherwise we would’ve been out a lot of money.

The cottage was clean and accessible to venture out. The horses in the lot next door were fun to watch. Was surprised about the Hot Tub on the property was very nice.
A couple of things: frying pan at least 10 inches would have been nice, front door facing the pool was difficult to open and close, shower door needs immediate repair it came off the tracks and difficult to but back on, some of the window screens were torn.
Overall, it was very nice and will come back again.
