Alan’s Corner - Very convenient location, halfway between Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park. This translates to less than a five minute drive to either one. It features a covered, wrap around front and side porch porch. Built in the 1800's, it has been recently renovated.
Alan's Corner is a family friendly home, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with a king and one with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor each have a queen. The two baths on the first floor are off the hallway - each with a shower. There are 2 baths on the second floor. One is off the hallway with a tub and a shower, while the other one is within one of the queen bedrooms.
There are wood floors throughout. This inviting home features a fully equipped eat-in, contemporary kitchen, with dishwasher. There is A/C throughout the home. There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. An above ground pool provides fun for the whole family in the back yard. Enjoy family campfires around the fire pit.

The house was perfect! Plenty of space and the location to the field could not have been any better! The communication was great also!! And if you stay here you have to go check out the ice cream, taco coffee trucks across the street!
