- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

The condo, amenities and location were great. The only down sides were the stovetop didn’t always stay on and a couple of nights there was a beach club that played extremely loud music til 4 AM!

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. Communication was quick and easy with the property owner with any questions or concerns, also with staff working at reception. Singular Dreams is close to the beach and beach clubs and to fabulous restaurants. Easy walk to everything! We would certainly come back!

The property was just as the photos reflected. It was clean and well appointed for a 3 week stay. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants & beaches within easy walks. Cabs easily available if you prefer not walking. Friendly and very responsive property management team. Constructive criticism: clearer instruction about how door lock works would be helpful, beach chairs for walking to beach would be a nice plus.

We thought the property was nice enough and had all we needed until the a/c stopped working with no sign of it being repaired. The only answer we could get is that “they were working on it”. After three days and nights of no a/c and trying to sleep in a 30 degree room we chose to leave the property. The hosts were kind and refunded us for the remaining nights as well as 40% of the nights we didn’t have a/c. The pools are lovely, the area is nice (even though we like the South end of town), there are lots of restaurants in the area. If there hadn’t been a problem with the a/c we would have stayed. The other downfall is that the people across the hall were very loud, many people in and out of their room late at night having a party and tons of cigarette smoke coming under our door every day. When we brought it up to the people in the lobby, they only said the guests would have to pay an extra cleaning fee. They did nothing to stop the smoking even though there is supposed to be no smoking in the building.
