HOW ARE KEYS GIVEN?
The reception and the handing over of the keys is done on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.
ARE ANIMALS ACCEPTED?
We do not accept Cats
Only 1 small dog are accepted and on request.
Under 3 conditions:
1 Travelers must remove hair upon departure ( = You will need to vacuum)
2 They are prohibited from sofa, bed, armchair etc...
3 They cannot stay alone in the apartment.
It may sound rigid, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.
GOOD TO KNOW, CHALET RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- end of stay cleaning is included and does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- Sheets and towels are included
- Don't forget your checkbook for the security deposit (not cashed)
/!\ We are unable to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
