**Payment Terms:
At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.
After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).
Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.
Notes:
• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. An a/c allowance of $700 per week is included in the rental rate. Guest will be charged actual usage costs beyond the $700 allowance and will be shown the electric meter upon check-in.

This house was perfect for us. We had 2 families of all adults and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean upon arrival. All arrival instructions were precise and helpful. The communication with host company was easy and very detailed. Location right on the beach and a nice pool as well. We will return when the opportunity arises.

Great house. Great location. Julian was awesome supporting anything we needed and amenities were top notch. Plenty large enough for 9 of us. When we come back, we will be staying here again.

We stayed in this house for 8 days and got married in it one of the 8 days we were here. Beautiful house, pictures don’t do it justice. Our ac wasn’t working fully when we first got there but the manager was very responsive and had somebody come over right away and fix it. The house has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful views all around. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property. We had a fantastic time (2 adults, 5 kids) and would stay here again! And, the staff were great to work with. Definitely recommend it 10 out of 10!
