At home, watch the world go by each morning with coffee on your shady-fenced patio, then step inside the full kitchen to make some breakfast. Throughout the home, you’ll find hardwood floors and a quaint, cozy feeling. Spend the evening streaming the latest on the smart TV, or head back out for a night on the town. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was clean and charming. Kitchen was small, needs a couple of hot pads. We were able to fix breakfast every morning. The house met all of our needs. Location was great.

We had a lovely time in Annapolis. The house was clean and comfy. I would recommend it. Just make sure you have a small car as the parking area is very tight. Our VW Jetta fit okay, but it was not much room to get out.
