About this house rental
Amongst the allure of downtown living, lies this quant Annapolis home. This two bedroom, one and a half bath has a spacious fenced in back yard and is only steps away from the Naval Academy. The State House, great restaurants and fantastic shopping are also a close distance. Located on historic East Street, you will also find yourself surrounded by important landmarks, popular seasonal events and an all around perfectly positive Annapolis energy. Whether you're in town for an event, a football game or just having crabs with friends in the backyard; this house is the perfect quintessential Annapolis getaway. *Note: As of October 1st, 2024, we unfortunately can no longer offer a parking pass. There are several overnight parking garages guests can chose use in walking distance to our home. *

We booked this property for a long weekend with friends we haven’t seen in 6 years. We were all happy with the property. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The location was perfect. Property was clean and comfortable. We would consider this property for another meet-up.

We were looking for a place close to restaurants and shops, and this was perfect. Just around the corner, we discovered the gorgeous gardens of the William Paca house. We never had the chance to use the grill in the backyard during our stay, but our host indicated that we were welcome to.

The home was very comfortable and steps to the entrance of the Naval Academy and a short walk to Main Street. Owners responded quickly to any questions. Very convenient, clean and comfortable.

Communication with the owner Kara was great and she was responsive for all issues. We loved the location and it was the least expensive place we’be rented in Annapolis (this was our 5th stay in last 11 months). I would actually probably start here again but compared to many other homes in Annapolis, it was very dated and beds/pillows weren’t the best. Price was low and we liked the bathroom and tub. I just think that a few upgrades would be easy and pay dividends. But I would stay here again b/c the location was so fantastic to Gate 1
