Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. An international airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Our annual family trip to the lake- the condo was great- had all the kitchen gear we needed for our cooking needs and the bathroom toiletries were an added plus!! The boat slip was a great plus- easy in and out with our rented Tri-toon for quiet waters of the state park for great skiing and wakeboarding.

The condo was very clean, spacious and had a view directly over the lake. The area was very quiet and secluded and was just what we were needing. Only had 1 little bug with the door keypad which was quickly fixed despite the time of day. Very satisfied with our experience.

I booked this condo last minute as we were able to get tickets for a concert at The Ozarks Ampitheatre. We always try a condo vs hotel if available. We were very pleased with the condo. We were happy that they were able to accommodate our early check in. Communication was excellent. This condo could have slept our entire family, but it was just 2 of us on this quick trip. We loved the deck overlooking the lake and it quickly became our evening cocktail hour and morning coffee sitting area. We would definitely stay again.
The only complaint I would mention would be the parking. Information stated parking for 2 vehicles, yet my husband rarely could find parking anywhere near our building or any of the buildings next to us. We had to walk to our building every time we left. Granted it did not bother us as we are younger but might have been cumbersome for an older couple. This is not the fault of the condo owner and would not deter us from staying again but is an issue that might be addressed by the complex.
