One of the condo’s best features is its convenient walk-in location—no stairs or elevators are required to enter the unit. This makes arriving with luggage, groceries, children, or older family members much easier.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, beautiful lake views, a television, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, and generous closet space. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen-size bed and their own television, providing comfortable accommodations for families, couples, and groups.
Step outside onto the approximately 300-square-foot screened deck overlooking the lake and state park. The deck includes two ceiling fans, two outdoor seating areas, and a large gas grill—perfect for morning coffee, family meals, evening cocktails, and unforgettable sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, updated fixtures, ample cabinet space, cookware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals or entertain family and friends. A mirrored wet bar provides a dedicated space for mixing your favorite drinks.
The open living area features comfortable seating, updated décor and artwork, and a 65-inch smart television with access to popular streaming apps. Televisions are also available in all three bedrooms. Recent improvements include updated furnishings, new blinds, new carpeting in all bedrooms, refreshed mattresses and bedding, updated bathroom granite, a water-softening system, and fresh paint throughout the condo and screened deck.

It was great! Very clean. We were on a quiet part of the lake, which was perfect. I really liked the walk-in unit. No stairs or waiting for an elevator. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely see if this unit is available.

This was a lovely condo it was well stocked and clean. I liked how you can parked in front to load and unload your car. The condo was on the main level which was very convenient and the view was amazing. The outdoor pool was large and the indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus. Rich was very responsive and went above and beyond.We will defiantly stay here on our next trip.Karen G.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was exactly as described, quite nice, and quite clean. I especially liked that it was on the same level as parking, very easy on arrival and departure day. The pool, hot tub, and boat docks, are all easily accessible and quite convenient. The location on the lake is also easy to get to both from land and on the water. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Lake of the Ozarks!

This was are second time renting this condo. Was perfect. As a former Towers owner had everything. The only thing would do is have a few more hangers in the closets and a few more drawer space in the one bathroom next to the bathroom and direction for all the TV’s. Our daughter wanted to stay a day longer and rented it on Memorial Day 5/25/2026 and will be renting it again on June 11 to June 14, 2026.
