A high-class, new modern classical apartment in a historic tenement house from 1936. Located on the 2nd floor in a new outbuilding of a historic tenement house complex. With access to the beautiful garden on thevroof of the building with table and sun loungers - entrance on the 5th floor.
Located in the heart of old historic Warsaw, which survived the Second World War. Near the Koneser Praga Center, Praga Prince's Route, Kawęczyńska Basilica and the international railway station "Warszawa Wschodnia", close to the Old Town, the National Stadium and the Copernicus Science Center, concert hall Praga Centrum and Zoo. In close proximity to the tram terminus with direct connections to the Old Town and the center of the capital. In the vicinity of two metro stations: Szwedzka (950 metres) and Dworzec Wileński. .
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

- a sofa with a sleeping function, a TV set, a cupboard, a coffee table, a balcony with a table and chairs

The apartment is nice and safe. Great for a short visit.
In a (hot) summer the lack of the A/C is unpleasant. At least a larger fan would help.
