About this apartment rental
Newly constructed in 2018 this 1050 sqft space provides plenty of room for your group. Our second-floor apartment is centrally located in the mid-Broadway commercial district with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, and local shops. Walk or take a quick drive to popular spots on Broadway Street and Liberty Street or get easily to neighboring towns and even West Point.
The space
This 3-bedroom second-floor apartment tops a wide 17-step exterior stairway and porch providing private access. The neighborhood is in a commercial district which does not provide the best views but does give you walking access to a number of local stores and restaurants. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry are included in the space.
Guest access
The entire second-floor apartment, a small porch, and the off-street parking lot.
Other things to note: Please remember that you are staying at our home and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7, however I am only a phone call or message away.

The place we rented was amazing. The host was very accommodating and communication was on point. The place was very clean and came with everything that we need. I would definitely rent this place again.

The apartment was very clean and packed to the gills with amenities. We got in town earlier than we had planned, and Timothy was gracious enough to let us check in early. The off street parking is a huge plus, and it's right downtown with easy access to some great food and the waterfront. We will definitely be staying here again!

This place was beautiful. It had parking and wasn't far from a gas station and a fast food place. The apartment was incredibly week equipped. They had everything you could ask for including extra linens, feminine hygiene products, games, seasonings, pot, pans, all kitchen essentials, multiple televisions, and comy furniture. I would stay here again for sure. Great for families!
