It’s time to make those Daytona dreams come true with this 18th-floor, oceanfront condo, with a private balcony and an outstanding view of the sandy shore below. Start the day with coffee and the sunrise over the ocean, then step inside to the well-equipped, full kitchen to whip up some breakfast. The tropically-decorated, open living space is filled with natural light and features plenty of room to gather as a group.
After breakfast, slip into your swimsuit and head for the beach; play a round of golf; visit some of the many nearby shops and restaurants, or take it easy by the pool. When you return, toss the day’s beach clothes in the convenient washer/dryer while you cool off in the central AC and relax in the spacious living room. Watch a little TV before bed, but don’t call it a night until you step back onto the balcony for one last toast to booking the perfect vacation.

There is a guest pass for 1 car in the underground parking lot but all other vehicles can be parked in the upper lot at the condo.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was very comfortable. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice large balcony. We did have trouble locating the Vacasa location to pick up keys and only received one set of keys. Because of the “pod” device necessary to enter from garage and pool area, two adults need two “pods”.

Property was clean and as described. Check in process was not the usual. We had to obtain the unit keys from another location and drive to the unit. We Also had to return the keys back to the pick up location after departing. It would have been nice to have a code entry or lock box at the condo. We were also only provided with 1 set of keys. At least 1 more set would have been helpful for our family. The garage door opener did not work. I believe it may just need a battery but caused us to rearrange our parking plans. Don’t leave your beach supplies (and we only had a few) by your car as the maintenance staff (unfriendly) gave us a warning. He stated the residents may think it looks messy and disorganized. We did not want to bring sand into the unit and thought this might be the best way to store them temporarily as we didn’t know where else to put them. Overall we enjoyed the beach, pool and our time.
